Ashford Outdoors – Archery, Clay Shooting School and Equestrian Centre is located on the magnificent Ashford Castle Estate, next to the island village of Cong, which is nestled on the border of Counties Mayo and Galway.

We have something to suit everyone. Ashford Outdoors has been offering equestrian, horse riding, clay shooting and archery experiences in the magnificent Connemara region of Ireland for over 40 years.  

We are open to the general public and offer outdoor adventure and equestrian activities to holiday makers and groups 7 days a week.

Our activities include Horse riding, Horse riding Lessons, Archery and Clay shooting.

We are looking forward to an outdoor focused 2026, celebrating our 40th year as a family business.
