The Gun Room Ashford Castle Estate

Our Gun Room houses a collection of new and second-hand shotguns and rifles for sale. As agents for leading brands such as Beretta, Browning, Rizzini and many more we can source and supply your next firearm or ammunition order.

Our Gun Room and shooting grounds are located on the Ashford Castle Estate near to the village of Cong, Co.Mayo, a short drive from Galway city.

The newly opened gun room at Ashford Outdoors is available by appointment to guests and visitors interested in upgrading or investing in some of the finest shotguns on the market.

Guests from outside the EU can avail of a tax free purchase, saving up to 23% off the RRP.

The Ardilaun Challenge is a 50 bird sporting clay shooting competition. Whether you are counting on your beginner’s luck or you are confident in your shooting ability – then this is your chance to shine!

The session starts with a masterclass in sporting clays led by one of our expert instructors. This will be followed by a scored 50 shot competition over 5 stands on our sporting clays range.
